WELCOME TO THE KNIT RING
PRESENTATION OF THE KNIT RING
Knitting with three threads can be problematic! Of course, everyone can knit a pattern with three threads, but most knitters experience difficulties with these issues:
- Long loose threads behind the knit so you have to lift one of the threads over the other two. With the knit ring, you move the slider so that the main thread moves under the other two.
- The skeins of yarn twist together and get tangled. With the knit ring, this is no longer a problem, as all movement of the threads takes place on the front of the ring and does not effect the order on the back.
Watch a video below on how to use the knit ring.
How to knit with the knit ring
Knitters use different techniques. The man behind the knit ring has been knitting for over 35 years and has always found it difficult to knit with three threads at the same time. Of course, he had knitted three threads several times, but found that he actually often opted out of patterns with three threads.
By using the knit ring, many of the problems will disappear. The video shows and explains how the knit ring works.
If you want to find out how planning, drawing, design and completion of the ring were carried out, see under the Development tab or click here.
